What is the importance of security?

A comprehensive workplace security is very important because it will reduce liabilities, insurance, compensation, and other social security expenses to be paid by the company to the stakeholders. Thus, you increase your business revenue and reduce the operational charges that incur on your business budgets.

G3 Security can provide you with manned guarding security and comprehensive hotel security solutions for safety and security of you clients and customers and helping your guest to have a great night’s sleep. Be it budget or boutique, hotel, or holiday home we offer the same guarantee…

We ensure that any security officer we send to you is committed, responsible, reliable, and highly competent within the hotel security industry.

Hotel premises, surrounding areas and car parks are an easy target for criminals. Vandals will be looking for any opportunity to steal guests’ personal belongings or car while their owners are pre-occupied. Our Security officers are fully trained to deal and prevent with such Issues.

We also offer an out of hours security service for your staff if you do not wish us to hold the keys to the premises. We will meet your member of staff at the hotel and check the premises with them, so they are not in any danger, remaining with them until the alarm is reset and the premises are secure or in event of a break in, waiting until the police arrive.

What we do:

  • Internal and external site patrols
  • Authorised room checks
  • Staff and customer harassment prevention
  • Access control

How we do it:

We will meet you at your site to complete a site survey to define the exact service the client requires. The management team will then conduct a risk assessment so that an effective operational plan can be created.

Our supervisor will also visit the site to ensure our guards are maintaining your site well.

Our guards will make themselves familiar with fire escape routes and floor plans and many have fire marshal and first aid training.

We advise all guests to always keep all luggage with them to avoid becoming a victim of theft or vandalism or an unnecessary security alert.

Our team always remain vigilant and are on hand to assist the reception staff with all duties.

We understand the complexities of hotel sites and can assist you in the following ways:

  • Conduct regular site patrols to ensure all floor windows are closed and have not been broken into.
  • Check that all guests are behaving in an acceptable way and keeping their volume low. We report any irregularities to the Hotels Duty Manager
  • Ensure all TV’s and music appliances in public places are kept to a low volume.
  • Monitor any alcohol usage in the hotel and ensure guests are not disturbed by any anti-social behaviour.
  • Highlight any health and safety issues to hotel management to be swiftly resolved.
  • Maintain the same level of respect for guests as hotel staff.

Whilst a traditional security presence is crucial, we believe that a welcoming and friendly reception service leaves a good impression on visitors and makes them feel comfortable. Our security team is very dedicated and committed to providing great customer care.

Our guards will encounter a variety of people when they work at hotels be it business travellers, families on holiday, international visitors, cleaners, restaurant staff, receptionists, and managers. We have therefore trained them to be confident to deal with each member of the public in a polite and friendly manner.

We would like all staff and guests to work and stay in a safe environment for the duration of their shift or holiday/break and look forward to working with you and learning about the standards you would like us to meet.

We can implement our guard patrol monitoring system to your site to ensure our guards are completing their patrols and allow you to monitor what areas need further patrols.

We are available for one-off, ad-hoc, event cover, temporary, short-term, or long-term cover in the day or night or when your hotel staff/concierge cannot make their shift.
